Old Palmetto Bluff Road Trail
This trail begins at the main intersection into Wilson Village and continues past May River Forest and the Headwaters Conservation area to the Greeters Cottage. Its improved surface easily allows walking, jogging, biking, or travel via golf cart. Two gravel trails and the Sand Hill and Lake Haynes Loops are located along the Old Palmetto Bluff Road Trail.
River Road Trail
This trail has an unimproved surface. The trail incorporates parts of two old properties, Pettigrew and Moreland. The high bluff area was part of the 980-acre Pettigrew property owned by Joseph Crowell in the 1860s. The trail then leads to Barge Landing and Moreland Landing, which was part of John Cole’s 1,200-acre Moreland property. Wilson Village Trail
